OMG! Two days ago, one of my mother's pictures became a Daily Deviation - and she doesn't even know it yet! Probably doing Christmas shopping - again - I just saw it now and I'm trying in vain to reach her!

Still noch an artist... my mother is one, though

Okay, first things first. Gabriele, is one of these artists who choose to remain hidden, put so much effort into improving and make art just for art's sake. She never made her art public, except some art exhibitions here in Germany.

A pity, in my humble opinion. is incredibly talented and passionate and I would know what I'm talking about, it's my mother after all. Still, I'm a clinical critic. She gave me her pictures as a gift, but I would never stand behind art I don't love wholeheartedly.

So - from a clinical point of view, is amazing, the way she's experimentalising with new techniques, styles, and materials - whereas her pictures still bear her distinctive signature.

I guess, her gallery is worth a visit. I'll be updating it and add all of her pictures, slowly but surely. I already started with some of her inkworks and glass painting will follow soon. You know, that stuff you have to paint the other way around . If you leave a comment, will answer, of course - still it will be probably me, BlackPriestess you're talking to, as my mother's English isn't exactly... advanced so I'll probably translate her answers or be answering myself.

By the way, I made and my own icon out of one of her inkworks. This one: [link] So we're got partner look now - we're both computer worms . Okay, that's impossible, as this picture was drawn back in the Seventies (still rather visionary in my opinion) .

Yes... I'm alive, sort of. Yet my meagre spare time is being spent with that translation of the 31. chapter of Severus Snape, Favourite Enemy. I'm nearly done, but that thing keeps getting out of hand. I apparently tend to "Germanise" the sentence structure. I'm fully aware of this fact, and still I cannot change it. ARGH!
Gaaawd, someone please beta this for me? Isn't some britpick, grammar out there?

Here we go... 8 random things about , which you never wanted to know, but you'll learn anyway, because I love emotional striptease and you're a bunch of peeping-toms

1. I write, I adore writing and probably that's what I'll be doing for the rest of my life - still, no one in real life supports me (and I can't let them read my stuff so they can take me seriously - for apparent reasons *g*).
2. I like to look at, to draw and fetish over big breasts (natural ones, plz)
3. I don't like uber big penises - and even less guys boasting about their incredilby big penises <_<
4. I am a very optimistic person. There's no such thing to throw me off the track. At least, not for long. I sleep on it and my depressions are gone.
5. I'm a very lazy person. No self discipline at all - which rather contradicts the first part of #1
6. I get all bouncy when I get mail/comments. Still, as for the answering thingie... see #5
7. If I manage to subdue someone, I regard it as personal victory.
8. I am convinced of the fact that child abusers can not be psychologically treated and that such human time bombs must be kept away from society - forever.

She's got such feelings in her drawings, and her technique... perfect, I say. And you know me, I'm rather critical .
